Think about a region in the world where all pleasures in life may be found: wondrous and intricate landscape, millenia of history revealed in fascinating cities, a warm and welcoming people, succulent food, a musical and expressive language, and of course, a bottomless treasure chest of Renaissance art forms. This is what we experienced as we roamed throughout Tuscany during the past fifteen years, finding guiltless pleasure in discovering endlessly this region of Italy: a dream come true.
When we came upon our house, named by the local peasants either "campo della donna" (camp of the woman) or "the Leonardo Da Vinci house" (for its simple and perfect proportions), we could not resist embarking on this fabulous adventure. Upon realizing the many marvels this region has to offer, how could we not share this magical journey with you?
Conveniently located 45 minutes from the Pisa International airport, a little over one hour from Florence and Siena, and 20 minutes from the famous Etruscan city of Volterra, as well as an hour from the sea, it still remains a well preserved area of Tuscany, away from tourist crowds.
Let us therefore give you a glimpse of the Tuscan way of life you can experience...
